This Lifestyle Conjugate Program is a great introduction to how I program a conjugate split for everyday people. This style of training is great, as it allows for plenty of flexibility, and isn’t going to leave you thrashed after every workout. Prioritizing on the basics and variations, it checks all the boxes of strength, mobility and conditioning. I find this style of training works best when it is programmed on an individual basis, so this is a great way to see if customized programming would be something for you.
